Protection of electroforming die surface


      Explain the characteristics of the common parts of the automatic edge banding machine:
      1. Adjust the guide plate: the function of the guide plate is to ensure that the edge sealing surface of the plate to be sealed is parallel to the moving direction of the conveyor belt when the edge sealing plate is placed, so as to ensure that the edge sealing quality will not have problems. The subsequent edge sealing process. When placing the plate to be sealed, first ensure that both ends of the plate to be sealed are fixed on the working surface of the guide plate (as shown in the figure below). If the board assembly enters the conveyor belt, you will find that the front and rear ends of the board are connected to the guide at the same time. The working surface of the civilized guide plate is not parallel to the moving direction of the conveyor belt, so it is necessary to adjust the guide plate.
      2. Pre milling system: the pre pressing motor can correct the printing plate workpiece before pressing the film. Workpieces must be parallel at right angles and trimmed to the specified dimensions. The use of the pre milling motor is completed by the pressure cylinder, which will lift the tool before reaching the end of the workpiece, and return the tool to the working position after the tool exceeds the end of the workpiece. The pre milling equipment only allows qualified professionals to operate the machine! Turn off the switch and high-pressure air on the assembly to set and replace the tool! When the safety circuit is opened, the transmission power is closed and the motor is braked. When the shield is closed, the drive will restart. The shield can only be closed 30 seconds after it is opened. Otherwise, it will fail.
      3. Sealing edge belt tray: sealing edge disk is used to place coil type or fixed length edge film and guide work. The drive is driven by chains on two rollers, and rubber driven rollers are used to handle thin and damaged laminates. Needle wheels are used for processing fixed length wooden strips, and steel knurling transfer rollers are used for processing PVC or acrylic acid and similar materials.
      4. Gluing system: a coating system used to coat the glaze on the edge of the workpiece. The melted and dissolved air will fill the glaze cement. The plastic will melt in the plastic container. The spinning coating shaft will stick the hot glaze cement to the workpiece. The quantitative control device will supply, adjust the spiral roller, vertical, adjust the distance between the rubber shaft and the workpiece, the distance between the rubber shaft and the guide rail. The coating system can be installed flexibly. The large distance Z is 0.5 mm.
      5. Rolling system: the rolling system compacts the film on the workpiece in this process. The rolling system is the sequence and number of pressure wheels put into use. The turning prepressing roll follows two tapered negative pressure rolls, first pressing the pressure film to the corner of the workpiece edge. Z The latter drum is cylindrical. The preloading roll is driven by the motor through the transmission system, while the composite roll has no transmission power. The pressure strength is related to the pressure film material and must be known through tests.
